One of our Project Leaders will participate in the intensive course “Conflict Management – Systematically increase your conflict competence” from 03 to 05 July 2013 in Stuttgart, Germany.

Everyday work is never entirely free of anger, disagreements, tensions or differences of opinion. In this respect, particularly project managers must succeed in mediating between the different personalities of the team members and their different views in order to manage a project in a goal-oriented manner and to bring it to a successful conclusion.

To this end, it is helpful and useful to increase one’s own competence in recognizing and dealing with conflicts in order to limit the extent of conflicts and reduce tensions, thus ensuring that work is productive.

This seminar, organized by CCC Creative Communication Consult, promises to systematically increase participants’ conflict competence.
