Many companies followed the advice of health experts and send their employees to work from home. The rapid spread of Sars-CoV-2 posed and still poses new challenges to companies. All ClinTriCare employees have been working from home since the company’s beginnings. Our flexible model allows for unrestricted working and demonstrates how an innovative approach to work can be possible. The present situation has been a test for our approach –also in terms of health protection– and will lead to a change in thinking.
