During an internal training event of ClinTriCare on 22 September 2017, our employees were able to enjoy a very interesting lecture entitled “Shaken or stirred – methods of pharmaceutical development”. In the person of the laboratory group manager Galenic Development and deputy head of Clinical Investigational Product Manufacturing in the Research and Development department of Dr. Willmar Schwabe GmbH & Co. KG, we were pleased to welcome an exceptionally experienced speaker.

She was able to illustrate very well the importance and the influence of the form of the drug on its development. Through this continuing education event, ClinTriCare employees gained a comprehensive insight into the processes involved in the manufacture of investigational medicinal products, the development of which runs parallel to clinical trials. The reference to James Bond provided for a highly exciting presentation and lasting impressions with the attendees.
