ClinTriCare is characterized by a flat hierarchy. Our Business Unit Leaders report straight to management.

In order to optimize resource efficiency, a partner firm has been contracted to support ClinTriCare’s infrastructural services and quality assurance appraisals. This enables ClinTriCare employees and management to concentrate on their core tasks, thus supporting high quality work that is delivered on time to our clients.

Our motto “ClinTriCare – we care!” is practiced by all employees and reflects our core value of being a customer orientated company. From ClinTriCare’s founding, it has been our ambition to establish ourselves as a specialised service provider with a focus on project management skills in clinical trials for Pharmaceutical and Biotech companies and to ensure long-term customer relationships by delivering a high level of quality services.
Each employee takes responsibility (“project ownership”) and utmost care of each project with competence and passion.

Professionalism and Efficiency in Infrastructure

In order to concentrate on project-related core tasks, ClinTriCare outsources general administrative and infrastructural work to expert and trusted service providers, while maintaining oversight of these activities.

Therefore, cooperation agreements were concluded with professional partners for the main departments: IT, contract management, human resources, data protection, legal department and finance. This approach provides noticeable economic benefits while ensuring that all aspects and requirements of these departments are met.
