At an internal training event imparted by one of ClinTriCare’s Business Unit Directors, our employees familiarized themselves with the content and “spirit” of the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Professionals issued by the German Voluntary Self-Regulation Body for the Pharmaceutical Industry (FSA) All participants completed the training with a certificate.

The FSA website states about this Code: “For the benefit of the patient, the FSA Code of Conduct for Healthcare Professionals regulates the ethically correct cooperation of pharmaceutical manufacturers with physicians, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals. Following its approval by the German Federal Antitrust Authority, the FSA Code of Conduct for Healthcare Professionals came into force as a regulation on competition on 08 April 2004 and has since been extensively revised and expanded.“
